It takes up to 48 hours for the refund process to start after the return is received. You will receive the refund amount within a period of 7 days after that. You may also opt for a replacement if you wish to so do.

The barcode scanner and printer come with warranty as per OEM standard warranty whereas, the Printer & Scanner has 1-year conditional warranty. You receive a warranty of 1 to 3 years for the some OEM brands. All the products are 100% original and Maple business solutions takes the responsibility of the same. You may avail after-sales support on paid basis.
